What is new for 2010: Read the 2010 Operating Rules
Radio communication between the glider pilot and the tow pilot is required before takeoff.
Tow ropes will be set up with Schweizer rings instead of tost. Weak links with tost rings are available but we recommend individuals carry or have available their own tost ring setup. Consider the possibility of an aerial retrieve so you might want to carry an extra weaklink in the aircraft.
